Yoga classes and meditation classes are held by Sri Sudhir an accomplished yoga teacher trained at the Bihar School of Yoga (Satyananda Tradition) with over 10 years of experience and Smt Hema an experienced yoga teacher trained at Svyasa ( Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana ) with over 15 years of experience.

We aim to preserve the heritage of the Authentic Yoga, Asana, Pranayama and Meditation Classes are held at convenient timings for you, free from pollution, in the heart of Bangalore city. Come join our center and practice Yoga in Bangalore for holistic and enriching experience.
